Order Processing Times
Orders confirmed by 15:00 GST (Gulf Standard Time) are processed and prepared for shipping the same day. Orders confirmed after 15:00 GST are processed on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Times
We aim to deliver orders within the UAE in 1-3 business days. Deliveries to remote areas within the UAE may take up to 5 business days. Delivery times may occasionally extend due to unforeseen circumstances.
Order Confirmation
Once your payment is received, an order confirmation is sent to you by email within 24 hours.
Delivery Conditions
For secure and reliable delivery, we require a valid UAE address where packages can be safely received. Our deliveries take place between Sunday and Thursday. We do not deliver to PO Boxes, and a signature is required upon receipt to confirm secure delivery.
International Shipping
For orders shipped outside the UAE, shipping fees depend on the destination and are displayed at checkout. International delivery times vary depending on the location and the shipping method selected.
